Images from Experimental Gastronomy event

Images from Steinbeisser's creative culinary event Experimental Gastronomy at Hotel Lloyd in Amsterdam in October 2015. Dining Shore is a series of spoons in silver and porcelain specially developed and used for a Steinbeiser concept dinner. One hundred twenty pieces of mine were displayed as an interactive installation on the dining table. During the 5‐course vegan menu, the 40 guests could choose different cutlery parts to use. The events offered a unique way of exhibiting, and the guests got the opportunity of using and interact with my work in a meaningful context. Steinbeisser was founded by the Dutch company Jouw Wijnsma and Martin Kullik. Their food and design project "Experimental Gastronomy" has established a platform where transdisciplinary subjects meet and can be experienced. The project allowed the viewer to use and experience my work with several senses and on several levels. This project is done with support from Statens Kunstfond.
